Linda Olden-Smith

Linda Olden-Smith is the founder and executive director of TRUCE Dispute Resolution Firm, LLC (Truce). The Firm is one of Texas' premier mediation firms, holding workplace mediation contracts with the State of Texas and the federal government. TRUCE also services corporate, public, and private clients. Mrs. Olden-Smith has been providing mediation services since 1997. During this time she has conducted in excess of 1,450 mediations.

Linda has trained and coached several hundred individuals on how to communicate more effectively. She has designed and directed mediation certificate training programs compliant with the Texas state mandates for mediation service. She has also developed and conducted conflict resolution training programs for churches, families, and places of work.

A significant impact on Linda's conflict resolution methodology has been the transformative instruction she received in 1998 and other related transformative seminars in following years. Her research and development of the cutting edge mediation approach, the Thought Resolution Protocol™ began in 2000. Mrs. Olden-Smith's mediation and communication acumen is founded in her completion of basic mediation training, participation in related seminars and workshops, and her extensive hands on mediation experience.
